About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Associate to support HR operations across our HQ and Centres. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys HR administration, systems work, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records, supporting reporting and dashboards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update HR reports, dashboards, and organisational charts
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with insurance matters and government-paid claims, including follow-ups and closure
  • Support employees’ queries on HR systems, employment benefits, and CorpPass access
  • Ensure employee files are complete and audit-ready
  • Assist with HR documentation such as letters and internal records
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and Singapore Employment Act
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Team player comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
