RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Senior Associate Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Lead Technician / Engineering Specialist to join our manufacturing team.

The role involves hands-on assembly and testing of mechanical sub-assemblies and modules, plus diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, and mentoring trainees. Diploma / Nitec with relevant experience required; multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Nitec with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in machine assembly / equipment assembly.
• Strong technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze problems, root cause analysis, and implement correct actions.
• Possess troubleshooting skills, and hands-on competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of mechanical sub-assemblies, modules of Semiconductor Equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and on job training to trainees / juniors
• Support new production introduction, engineering change, qualification builds and process validation
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices
