Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking Senior Associate Engineer/Assistant Engineer/Lead Technician/Engineering Specialist in Singapore.

An 8-position opening offering permanent roles with morning, afternoon or night shifts. You will assemble and test mechanical sub-assemblies for semiconductor equipment, and work across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems. The role includes guiding trainees, supporting new production introduction, process validation, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in machine assembly / equipment assembly.
• Strong technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze problems, root cause analysis, and implement correct actions.
• Possess troubleshooting skills, and hands-on competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of mechanical sub-assemblies, modules of Semiconductor Equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems

• Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes

• Provide technical guidance, coaching and on job training to trainees / juniors

• Support new production introduction, engineering change, qualification builds and process validation

• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices

Requirements:
