Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is hiring for Technician roles in Singapore to assemble and test mechanical sub-assemblies and semiconductor equipment. You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems and contribute to process improvements.

We offer good salary, shift allowances, AWS and performance bonuses, with career progression in a global MNC environment. Permanent positions with morning/afternoon/night shifts available; candidates can choose shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Nitec with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in machine assembly / equipment assembly.
• Strong technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze problems, root cause analysis, and implement correct actions.
• Possess troubleshooting skills, and hands-on competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of mechanical sub-assemblies, modules of Semiconductor Equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and on job training to trainees / juniors
• Support new production introduction, engineering change, qualification builds and process validation
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices
