Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled Production Lead to oversee electro-mechanical assembly, testing and diagnostics across product lines. You will lead troubleshooting of critical production issues with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Salary is up to SGD 4,600 monthly plus AWS and VB, with an early shift option and shift

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Deep expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, test systems and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in NPI, process optimization and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for assembly and test process across the product lines.
• Lead troubleshooting of critical and escalated production issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support in failure analysis, root cause investigations and design feedback.
• Lead training and develop technical competencies across the team.
• Analyze production data and KPIs for improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to production targets.
• Provide leadership support to Senior Team Lead in planning and execution of production activities.

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
• Day Shift Hours: 6.45am to 3.15pm
• Afternoon Shift Hours: 2.45pm to 11.15pm + $15 Shift Allowance per day
• Night Shift Hours: 10.45pm to 7.15am + $25 shift allowance per day
• Salary: Up to $4600 + AWS + VB
• Location: Serangoon

• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in NPI, process optimization and cross functional collaboration.
