Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and QC standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and set up electronic components and systems to ensure high quality and performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on production equipment.
• Analyse test results, identify defects and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of assembly activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Job Scope

• Assemble, test and set up electronic components and systems to ensure the highest quality and performance standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and conduct regular inspections on production equipment
• Analyse test and identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes and implement continuous improvements
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to assembly activities
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols, quality control measures and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Mon-Fri (Normal Working Hours)
• Min Nitec or any related Engineering courses
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Strong technical expertise in electronic assembly, troubleshooting and quality control
• Proficient in using various tools, test and assembly equipment
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills
