Job description
Overview

The Associate, Administration and Receptionist is responsible for front desk duties, HR administrative support and employee engagement & CSR coordination for all the entities in Eu Yan Sang Centre. The role is also responsible for supporting employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts across all entities in Eu Yan Sang Centre.

Receptionist Duties
  • Handle all incoming and forwarding of phone calls.
  • Greet and manage registration of all visitors to the office.
  • Arrange transport for guests, including taxi booking.
  • Maintain tidiness of the reception area.
Administrative Duties
  • Sort and distribute all daily incoming mails, parcels, and reading materials.
  • Assist EYSI, EYSS and EYSIH in arranging courier and mailing of documents and parcels.
  • Manage, maintain and procure new stationeries and pantry supplies where necessary.
  • Provide support for name cards printing requests, staff access passes and other ad-hoc request from liaison with the vendors to the collection of items.
  • Raise purchase orders for the procurement of goods and/or services.
  • Issuance of uniform for warehouse staff and cyclical ordering of uniforms where applicable.
Employee Engagement Duties
  • Support & coordinate employee engagement and CSR activities, including quarterly townhall sessions and monthly/bimonthly events.
  • Draft and send out engagement emails whenever there are festivities or events.
  • Manage the monthly attractions balloting.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.
