Job summary

• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse operators.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with the Customer Service Team.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet KPIs.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet customer order demands.
• Conduct regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse operators to carry out daily warehouse operations effectively.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with the Customer Service Team and liaise with service providers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and ensure that all inbound and outbound activities meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet customer order demands.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure proper housekeeping of inventory to maintain accuracy and organization.
• Promote and enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements
