CHJ GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and leading the sales floor team in Singapore. You will ensure outstanding customer service, handle escalations, and oversee daily operations including cash handling, replenishment, and inventory counts.

The role emphasizes VIP client support, coaching of sales associates, and maintaining store image standards while complying with policies and procedures. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• College diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to drive team performance.
• Familiarity with POS/CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer centric, detail oriented and pragmatic.
• Ability to work retail shift schedules, including weekends/holidays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets; take charge of shifts and lead the team on the sales floor.
2. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, and professionally handle escalated customer inquiries and after sales issues.
3. Support the management of VIP clients and build long term customer relationships.
4. Oversee daily operations, including store opening/closing procedures, cash management, replenishment, and inventory counts.
5. Maintain store visual merchandising and overall image standards.
6. Coach and motivate sales associates; support new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and operational procedures.
8. Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a shift leader / supervisory role.
2. College diploma or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong sales orientation with proven ability to drive team performance.
4. Familiarity with POS/CRM systems and MS Office.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer centric, detail oriented, and pragmatic.
7. Able to work retail shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in jewelry or luxury retail is highly preferred.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
