Job summary

Mikimoto Jewellery Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to run daily boutique operations on-site in Singapore and to drive sales performance.

You will lead and coach the sales team, set targets, ensure exceptional service, manage scheduling, merchandising, inventory, client relationships, reports, promotions, and collaborate with management and HQ on sales strategies and staff development.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, including engaging luxury clientele and coordinating with team members.
• Proven customer service capabilities, focusing on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Experience enhancing customer experience in premium or luxury retail environments.
• Previous leadership supervising retail teams in jewelry, fashion, or luxury sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous for local/regional clientele.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description

The Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations and driving sales performance.

This role includes leading and coaching the sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

The Retail Sales Manager will manage staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to brand guidelines.

The role also involves handling key client relationships, resolving customer issues, preparing sales reports, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events.

Collaboration with management and headquarters on sales strategies, staff training, and performance improvement is expected.
