In this role, you will focus entirely on customer engagement, consultative styling, and maximizing sales opportunities on the showroom floor. Key responsibilities

• Actively engage floor traffic to understand customer preferences, present collections strategically, and close sales effectively to maximize commission potential.
• Provide high-standard, personalized styling consultations to both local and international shoppers in fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Articulate product details convincingly, sharing knowledge on jewelry craftsmanship and materials to build trust and justify product value.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fully bilingual in spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) to seamlessly serve diverse client base.
• High initiative, target-motivated, and enthusiastic about earning through a strong commission model.
• Polished presentation, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.
• Willing to work retail operational hours on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience in retail sales, jewelry, or premium customer service is highly preferred.
