Job summary

Job Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

2. Sales Management:

• Drive sales performance by setting achievable targets and monitoring sales metrics.
• Implement promotional strategies and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

4. Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained and minimizing shrinkage.
• Conduct regular stock takes and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock replenishment.

5. Store Operations:

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in visual merchandising and ensure that the store is well-presented at all times.

6. Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and staff productivity for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

7. Compliance and Training:

• Ensure all staff are trained on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

Education:
