Qualifications

• Actively greet walk-in customers and create an outstanding shopping experience through personalized jewelry consultations.

2. Offer selection and styling advice to customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
4. Master product knowledge (craftsmanship, materials, styling) and effectively communicate brand values.
5. Maintain store image: ensure visual merchandising, product displays, and facility safety meet operational standards.
6. Inventory management: Manage inventory to meet operational and security requirements, including conducting stock counts, ensuring stock security, and coordinating inter-branch stock transfers when necessary.
7. Collect customer feedback and competitor insights, and suggest improvements.
8. Comply with company policies and collaborate with the team to optimize store operations.

Requirements

1. GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; retail/jewelry experience is a distinct advantage.
2. Passion for luxury, good fashion sense, and customer-centric mindset.
3. Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, dialects) is a plus to serve customers with different backgrounds.
4. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
5. Detail-minded, proactive, team player with strong compliance awareness.
6. Able to work retail shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
