Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading and supervising retail teams.
• Experience serving premium or luxury clientele is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and POS systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Collaborate with management and headquarters on sales strategies, training initiatives, and performance improvement plans.

• Proficiency in English for business communication with English-speaking customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Additional language proficiency is an added advantage for liaising with customers and stakeholders who speak those languages.
