A reputable logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (Sea Freight) to drive business growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build critical relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales hunting experience in sea freight or logistics and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Develop Sales Strategies - Create and implement strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
Build Relationships - Foster strong connections with key accounts and client personnel to secure business.
Organize Reviews - Conduct regular reviews with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
Meet Targets - Achieve personal sales targets and team KPIs.
Market Intelligence - Perform market and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
Review Performance - Analyze sales performance and strategize corrective actions if needed.
Ad-hoc Duties - Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Education - Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience - Minimum of 5 years of Sales Hunting experience in Sea Freight, preferably in logistics.
Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality.
Drive - Highly sales-driven to achieve set targets.
