Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department.
  • Perform data entry work.
  • Excellent in computer skills.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS excel.
  • Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or Purchase Invoices.
  • Filing of Purchase Invoices.
  • General ad hoc duties as assigned.
