ONYX SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Property Manager to oversee the full tenant lifecycle, including handovers, tenant improvements, and reinstatement works, ensuring timely tenancy execution.

You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to maintain smooth property operations. Successful candidates bring at least 6 years in property/tenancy, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an organised, hands-on approach in a fast-paced retail/commercial

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of working experience in property or tenancy within retail or commercial sectors.
• Experience managing tenant handovers, tenant improvement/fit-out coordination and reinstatement works.
• Hands-on and organised with multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full tenant lifecycle including handovers, improvements and reinstatement works.
