Qualifikationen

• Foundational knowledge of MEP systems, smart building tech or property management software.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication for corporate reporting and tenant engagement.
• Proactive, solutions oriented with commitment to operational excellence.
• Collaborative team player capable of working with contractors and senior management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily property walkthroughs to identify defects, cleanliness issues or safety hazards.
• Log defects, coordinate with engineering teams for corrective action.
• Coordinate repair works and preventive maintenance for building systems.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and fire safety regulations.
• Plan and execute emergency fire drills and safety briefings.
• Monitor performance of term contractors against SLAs.
• Support procurement by sourcing quotations for minor repairs.
• Serve as first contact for tenants and owners on lease management and inquiries.
• Manage feedback loops, resolve tenant grievances with diplomacy.
• Facilitate unit handover and document condition reports and inventories.
