Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of working experience in property or tenancy within retail or commercial sectors.
• Experience managing tenant handovers, tenant improvement/fit-out coordination and reinstatement works.
• Hands-on and organised with multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job description

Our client, an established real estate investment firm with a sizeable portfolio of retail and commercial properties, is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Singapore.

As part of a close-knit property management team, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the full tenant lifecycle, including tenant handovers, tenant improvement, reinstatement works and day-to-day tenancy matters. The role will also involve working closely with internal stakeholders, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth property operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in property or tenancy within the retail or commercial property sector
• Prior experience managing tenant handovers, tenant improvement/ fit-out coordination and reinstatement works.
• Hands‑on and organised, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
