Job description

The Role

• Ensure store and dispensary operate efficiently and meet standards of key control indicators in areas of housekeeping, merchandising, stocks ordering and management, security, wastage and costs incurred
• Monitor daily sales trend of the store and formulate action plans to counter competition and threats so as to safeguard sales growth ad contribution
• Plan and lead team in executing promotional activities smoothly to maximize on the event to drive sales
• Communicate management directions and decisions to team members to align them to work towards the same goal
• Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and ensure that there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards; Maintain records required by governing regulations and guidelines
• Provide counselling and other pharmacy-related services and professional pharmaceutical care to patients as required; Serve customers with excellent customer service and ensure that team members provide the same level of service to customers so as to close sales
• Develop team-members to be competent to perform their jobs
• Conduct a minimum of 2 night checks a month to ensure all safety and security procedures are followed

About You
