Job summary

Baker & Cook Singapore is seeking a store operations manager to lead day-to-day sales, guest service, and profitability across our outlets. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, uphold SOPs and food safety, and drive excellent guest experiences with warmth and efficiency.

This role requires at least 2 years in F&B management, a hospitality diploma, and a passion for service. A 6-day work week with weekends/public holidays is typical, with attractive sign-on bonus and staff

Qualifications

• Passionate about service and people.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related fields required.
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in F&B - cafes/restaurants/similar capacity.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• 6 days work week; weekend/public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
• Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
• Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Baker & Cook DNA
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
