Our client is a Fashion Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing initiatives locally, driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to local market trends, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide market and consumer insights to guide strategy and enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, using KPIs and post-campaign analyses to inform improvements.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and manage resource allocation to achieve targets and ROI.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and efficient resource use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including agencies, to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
  • Perform any ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Min Degree in Business/Marketing, or a related studies fieldor equivalent.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in marketing function, with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in B2C marketing and brand management.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, dynamic team with diverse responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally overseas.
