Job summary

A ship management and marine logistics provider in Singapore is looking for a committed maritime professional with experience as Master or Chief Officer on Oil Tankers. The role involves ensuring the safe operations of vessels, conducting inspections, and monitoring compliance with maritime regulations. Applicants must hold Class 3 to Class 5 COC and be familiar with ISM codes and Sire Inspection. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.

Qualifications

  • Sailing experience as Master or Chief Officer on Oil Tankers is required.
  • Between Class 3 to Class 5 COC.
  • Familiar with ISM codes, ISPS, MARPOL and other maritime regulations.
  • Familiar with Sire Inspection.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe operations of vessels.
  • Conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and attend to vessels for inspections.
  • Carry out Superintendent Inspection and Audit on board vessel.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe operations of vessels
  • Conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance to the local/international statutory requirements, safety procedures and environmental protection requirements.
  • Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for oil major/class inspections related matters
  • Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting
  • Able to carry out Superintendent Inspection and Audit on board vessel.
  • Conduct crew training/familiarization
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Sailing experience as Master or Chief Officer on Oil Tankers is required
  • Between Class 3 to Class 5 COC
  • Familiar with ISM codes, ISPS, MARPOL and other maritime regulations
  • Familiar with Sire Inspection
