Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR leader to oversee performance management and learning & development for the entire organisation. The role will deputise the Head of Department in HR matters, including management reporting, paper writing, policy review and project execution.

You will drive annual performance reviews, manage talent programmes, lead policy discussions, guide line managers, analyse data for reporting, and participate in HR transformation initiatives to advance

Responsibilities

• Improve performance management processes and conduct the annual performance review process
• Manage Talent Programmes including high potential and scholarships programmes
• Manage Performance Improvement Plan cases
• Review HR policies for relevance and updating, and lead policy discussions
• Provide guidance and support to line managers and subordinates
• Manage and analyse data for report trending and draft concept papers/proposals for management and Board approval
• Support HOD to monitor department performance and project timelines
• Participate in HR transformation projects and spearhead department initiatives
