Support the development and implementation of the Management Development Programme (MDP).
Conduct research and benchmarking on leadership development and management training best practices.
Assist in the development of curriculum materials, competency frameworks, and programme resources.
Support the coordination of assessment, peer review, and programme evaluation activities.
Support talent review and succession planning processes through data consolidation and analysis.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of succession planning dashboards and tracking tools.
Prepare reports and presentations to support leadership discussions and talent reviews.
Participate in projects related to leadership pipeline development and talent identification
Support the digitalisation and automation of HR processes, including Headship Tracking,
Succession Planning, and MDP assessment workflows.
Assist in process mapping, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system implementation activities. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and automation.
