As an Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients' care. We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage financial counselling operations for NUHS@Home.
  • Liaise with Billing Office on billing matters, including clarifications on patient bills and tagging of inpatient codes.
  • Supervise daily ground operations in the Ops Room to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage logistics, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Communications) and external partners/vendors.
  • Support programme expansion through stakeholder engagement and vendor management, including feedback for process improvement.
  • Optimise and streamline operations workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Lead and facilitate ground operations meetings.
  • Undertake other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
