Job description

You will be part of the HR Business Partner team to provide timely support to the business units on a broad spectrum of Human Resource functions.

Key Dutiesлирида Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limiting to manpower planning, the entire recruitment and off‑boarding cycle, staff disciplinary, performance, talent, and staff engagement (excluding payroll).
  • Manage job postings, screen profiles, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, work out salary proposals, make job offers, and onboard.
  • Deliver quality HR services, propose and implement HR initiatives, and partner closely with business units to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Participate in regular annual HR exercises including Annual Performance Appraisal, Salary Review & Variable Bonus exercises, and any ad‑hoc salary reviews or promotions.
  • Provide professional HR advice to business heads to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Handle enquiries on Company’s HR policies and procedures, as well as staff benefits/schemes, etc.
  • Review and implement HR workflows and processes to streamline for greater efficiency, enhanced productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in HR related activities and perform any other ad‑hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent HR relevant certificates.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, either from a generalist/business partnering role and strong talent management background.
  • Strong in‑depth understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and other local regulations.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Good relationship/stakeholder management, presentation, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature and hands‑on person who is proactive, driven with a positive working and learning attitude.
