• Oversee and maintain HC systems to ensure availability and effective use.
• Coordinate resolution of system and data issues with Technology and vendors.

• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports supporting HC operations.
• Support HC technology projects from requirements to deployment.
• Provide user training and maintain documentation.
• Drive digital enablement and automation within HC processes.
