Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Provide management with timely finance-related analysis and recommendations across a range of critical business decisions
  • Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
  • Interpret and communicate monthly P&L outcome to Business Unit COO
  • Partner the business units during annual business planning to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop business case for re-development and asset enhancement initiatives
  • Provide management with forward-looking financial insights on market conditions and trends
  • Perform financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis
  • Be a coach to the Finance Executives in the team
  • Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 2 years in an FP&A position
  • Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Self-directed, hands-on, motivated and highly committed to meet deadlines and targets
  • Independent and able to work with all levels in a high matrix organisation
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
