Job summary

A leading manpower services provider in Singapore seeks a self-motivated Research Specialist to design and analyze surveys for data-driven decision making. You will lead survey operations, generate insights for policy decisions, and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field and has 3-5 years of experience in data analytics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, and reporting tools are essential. This is a 1-year contract position with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Job description

Seeking a self-motivated, analytical and tech-savvy Research Specialist to design, implement and analyse surveys to support data-driven decision making. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive digital transformation, improve survey operations and strengthen research capabilities within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, execution and analysis of surveys to support research objectives
  • Generate insights to drive policy and operational decisions
  • Use technology tools to enhance survey operations, reporting and internal processes
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and capability-building efforts
  • Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Consumer Research or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer research, data analytics or research analytics
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, ETL processes, Tableau and Power BI
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of SPSS, UiPath, Power Automate, ML algorithms, public consultation processes
  • Strong communication skills; able to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
Duration /Working Details
  • Schedule: MonThu: 8.30am6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am5.30pm
  • 1 year contract (Immediate)
