Job summary

Crystal Jade Fine Dining Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety standards.

You will promote the business, supervise stock and ordering, produce rosters, handle customer inquiries, and drive profitability through staff targets and reporting. Prior F&B leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant F&B experience preferred.
