We're Hiring a Front of Assistant Manager

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Supervising and leading staff members.
• Directing and motivating staff.
• Training and development: onboarding new employees, providing ongoing training, and mentoring staff to improve performance.
• Scheduling and delegation: creating staff schedules, assigning tasks, and delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
• Performance management: providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues.
• Operational oversight: opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up, securing premises, and balancing cash registers.
• Inventory management: monitoring stock levels, placing orders for food and supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability.
• Food quality and safety: ensuring food is prepared and served according to established standards, and that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Customer service: handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Financial management: assisting with cash handling, reconciling daily sales, and managing expenses.
• Communication and coordination: communicating with staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Other responsibilities: maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to company policies and procedures, supporting the restaurant manager with various tasks.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
