Overview

Assistant IT Project Manager (Real Estate). We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager with strong experience in Real Estate office build-outs and a successful delivery record across Asia. The role involves full lifecycle ownership of IT/AV infrastructure projects, from business case development through design, implementation, and user migration. The candidate will work closely with Corporate Real Estate Project Teams, managing project scope, budget, and schedule across multiple regions and business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end IT/AV projects related to corporate fit-outs, office relocations, and infrastructure deployments
  • Define and maintain project controls including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants in a matrixed environment
  • Ensure project governance, cost control, and adherence to project lifecycle standards
  • Track project interdependencies and escalate issues, risks, and changes as needed
  • Prepare and present status updates, metrics, and reports for executive stakeholders
  • Oversee financial planning, including business case creation, forecasting, and TCO analysis
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and security standards
  • Manage project artifacts, reporting tools, and documentation across the lifecycle
  • Support design development, systems integration, and user migration phases
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within corporate real estate, infrastructure and must have Trade Floor Office Relocation experience.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar and multi-disciplinary IT/AV projects
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Clarity, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project)
  • Experience with Permit to Build / Permit to Operate processes
  • Deep understanding of project financials, including CapEx/OpEx, depreciation, and cost forecasting
  • Background in investment banking or financial services IT environments preferred
  • Experience delivering projects across geographically distributed teams and regional business units
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
