Job description
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for both B2B and B2C business including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Develop and manage sourcing channels, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.

  • Work closely with outlet managers and department heads to fulfil manpower needs.

  • Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the company culture.

2. Employee Relations & Performance Management:
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, counselling sessions, warnings, and disciplinary actions in line with HR policies and MOM guidelines.

  • Support performance review cycles, scorecards, and KPI alignment.

  • Advise managers on best HR practices for handling staff issues ethically and professionally.

  • Manage grievances, misconduct cases, and workplace conflict resolution.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure full compliance with MOM, CPF, and WSHA regulations across all outlets and offices.

  • Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contract issuance, probation review, confirmation, exit process, and offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, personnel files, and HR audit readiness.

  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations (EP, Work Permits).

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines across outlets and corporate teams.

4. Payroll Coordination & HR Metrics:
  • Work closely with Finance for payroll accuracy (attendance, OT, incentive, CPF, allowances).

  • Review and verify HR monthly submissions before payroll cut-off.

  • Prepare HR analytics and monthly dashboards (turnover, absenteeism, cost, recruitment progress).

  • Drive HRIS implementation and digitalization for better data visibility.

5. Training, L&D and Capability Building:
  • Identify training needs for both B2C and B2B teams (e.g., barista skills, customer service, food safety, production SOPs).

  • Coordinate WSQ, HACCP, and safety-related training.

  • Support leadership development for Supervisors, PICs, and Managers.

  • Build e-learning modules or structured training paths for frontliners.

6. HR Projects:
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on various HR initiatives and projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, system improvements, and workforce planning.
