Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Assistant Manager, reporting to the Hotel Manager, in the management of our 90 rooms Premium Boutique Hotel operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Hotel Manager and deputise in his absence for day-to-day hotel operations and activities, including our new Vietnamese Restaurant.
  • Be actively involved in hotel budgeting and financial management, including the recruitment and training of team members.
  • Organise and direct all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations), back-of-house, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, security and maintenance of facilities.
Qualifications
  • Must be approachable and detail-oriented, with proven hospitality or management work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
