Job summary

A leading funeral service provider in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Funeral Director to coordinate arrangements with sensitivity and professionalism. Duties include managing call centre operations, assisting in transfers, and engaging clients through various platforms. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and a valid driving license, along with the ability to work overtime as needed. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary package up to $3500, plus commissions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
  • Ability to work overtime and perform standby duties.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle call centre hotlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy.
  • Engage with clients in office meetings, on-site visits, and virtually.
  • Assist in transferring the deceased to designated funeral homes.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
