About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Assistant Finance Manager. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This full‑time position is based in the Central Region.

What you’ll be doing

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
2. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision‑making
3. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
4. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
5. Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures
6. Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes
7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial guidance and support

What we’re looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
3. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
