Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of the financial management and budgetary functions
  • Corporate finance, risk and treasury management
  • Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government Regulatory Agencies
  • Reviews reports to analyze projections of budget expenses
  • Set strategic financial objective, developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • SGX reporting, merger and acquisition activities and ad-hoc projects
  • Manage and provide overall supervision to the Finance department
  • Implement sound internal control procedures in the organization
  • Provides strategic consultation including financial analysis on projects, cost identification and allocation and revenue and expense analysis of operations
Requirements
  • Qualified CPA with at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent
  • Must have relevant working experience and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
  • Awareness of legal and statutory requirements on tax and accounting matters
  • Must be well versed with relevant authorities’ requirement and compliance
  • Meticulous with strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure with tight schedule
  • High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
