This role involves hands-on PLC fabrication, design fuel cell controller and close collaboration with the sales team to ensure product performance meets customer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about clean energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-house PEM fuel cell product.
• Skill in PCB, Firmware design in power electronics and microcontroller area.
• Perform routine quality control, performance validation, check and ensure consistent product quality for delivetest results, prepare technical reports, and maintain formulation records.
• Collaborate with production team to scale up output.
• Support sales and customer service teams by addressing technical inquiries.
• Document and analyze ensuring product performance meets customer expectations.
• Participate in customer trials, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in meeting all project timelines and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean and safe factory environment in compliance with company standards.
