Job description

Responsible for the maintenance and servicing work of the electrical General installations, low voltage and Extra low voltage installations.

Responsible for the work arrangements, work progress of the electrical General installations, low voltage and Extra low voltage installations at on-going construction work sites (Commercial, Residential developments).

• Assist to carry out inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the ELV system.
• Carry out maintenance work on the General Electrical installations & systems.
• Carry out troubleshooting and rectification work for the components and equipment in the electrical power system.
• Routine functional test on standby generators.
• Lead maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Perform inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the low voltage distribution system.
• Plan, schedule, implement projects, maintenance works related to the electrical network at Construction sites.
• Update maintenance and servicing record.
