What The Role Is

You lead a team to manage and deliver Corporate IT services/software and devices for the Army, as well as enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes to improve user experience.

What You Will Be Working On

• Oversee the management of Army's Communications Server Room on behalf of Army's Chief Information Officer
• Oversee and ensure the smooth operations of Army's IT concierge by ensuring excellence and consistency in corporate IT service delivery
• Ensure the smooth operations and recovery of Army's Corporate IT networks

Challenge(s)

• Keeping up to date with developments in digital technology and the organisation's corporate IT policies/directives
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders within and outside of MINDEF/SAF's corporate IT ecosystem
• Overseeing a large volume of corporate IT transactions and devices and ensuring that they are properly accounted for auditing purposes

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in managerial position and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of service delivery for corporate services
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
