OVERVIEW
- Primarily responsible for the development, growth and driving of new business from defined target markets within specific regions.
- Support a culture of communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing that exhibit the Marina Bay Sands core values.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to help build an efficient organization that is business-focused and people-centric.
- Protect the integrity and reputation of Marina Bay Sands.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Promote the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and drive increased awareness of Las Vegas Sands and its affiliated properties.
- Acquire and grow new business with a focus on HNWI groups through various business networks, local communities and professional associations.
- Develop strong professional interpersonal relationships with new and existing customers to drive incremental visitation to Marina Bay Sands.
- Ensure that excellent customer experience is the focal point of customer touchpoints and interactions, in alignment with all applicable guidelines.
- Manage relevant budgets and complimentaries in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies to ensure desired customer profitability and margin.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Drive the timely implementation of market-specific initiatives with clear, measurable targets and take ownership to maintain and grow the business segment.
- Actively participate in collaborative strategic planning processes with the supervisor and other departments to identify opportunities that will drive optimal growth and both short and long term profitability for Marina Bay Sands.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
- University degree is preferred
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, relationship marketing, hospitality, or related fields
- Business proficiency in English, Chinese and Thai with fluency in other Asian languages preferred (Mandarin, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) as the successful candidate will be required to liaise with English, Chinese, Thai and other Asian languages speaking guests.
- Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- This position will be based in our Thai Branch Office in Bangkok, Thailand.
