Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior QS capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare all cost estimates for tender projects.
• Support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
• Ensure timely claims submission to clients.
• Ensure accurate payment response on monthly claims by subcontractors.
• Provide contractual advisory for compliance.
• Advise and recommend solutions to meet clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.
• 2. Provide support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
• 3. Provide support in projects and ensure timely on claims submission to clients.
• 4. To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.
• 5. Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.
• 6. Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients’ business needs.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Minimum 5 years ‘experience in Senior QS capacity.
• 2. Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Civil/Building/Construction Management.
• 3. Good working knowledge in contract law.
