We are looking for a proactive Assistant Camp Manager to plan and run children’s camps in Singapore. This full‑time role blends programme management, staff coordination, and parent communications with hands‑on camp activities for children aged 4–12 — including occasional sleepovers with allowance provided.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Camp Manager to plan and run children’s camps. This role combines programme management, staff coordination, and parent communications — while also engaging directly with children aged 4–12 in activities, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement structured camp programmes and activity schedules
  • Lead daily camp operations, logistics, and venue set‑up
  • Supervise and deploy camp facilitators, ensuring smooth and safe delivery
  • Conduct recce trips and risk assessments
  • Handle parent communications (WhatsApp, email, in person)
  • Support children in camp activities (arts & crafts, swimming, outdoor play)
  • Manage traffic flow, shuttle buses, and camp logistics
  • Participate in sleepover camps (compensated at $70–$90/night)
  • Partner with schools and external organisations for events and growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, as the role requires frequent communication with parents and children in both languages
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (local or regionally recognised) preferred; event/camp management background also acceptable
  • Physically fit; comfortable working both indoors and outdoors (including under the sun)
  • Strong classroom/group management skills; enjoys working with children aged 4–12
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • First Aid certification an advantage (training provided if not certified)
  • Willing to work weekends during camp season (including Sunday mornings)
Work Schedule
  • Off Season: Tue–Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Mondays off)
  • Camp Season: Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday (Camp Season): 9:00am – 12:00pm (may end earlier depending on tasks)
  • Sleepovers: Required during certain camps (with allowance)
Benefits
  • Monthly salary: $2,500 – $3,000
  • Housing allowance may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis
  • Sleepover allowance: $70–$90 per night (when applicable)
  • Up to 21 days annual leave
  • Medical and hospital insurance
