You will lead a small team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.The role involves coaching staff, managing schedules, controlling inventory, and ensuring food safety and hygiene. A hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can drive sales will fit well.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Professional and service-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations for smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver warm, attentive, and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain hospitality standards, cleanliness and cafe presentation.
• Support staff scheduling, training and performance development.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supplier orders.
