Qualifications

• Prior café or F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Comfortable working across customer service and light kitchen duties.
• Must be responsible, organized and able to guide a team.
• Friendly with good communication and customer service skills.
• Coffee making or basic baking experience is an advantage.
• Training starts on 3 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafe operations, including opening and closing.
• Welcome customers, take orders, handle payments and serve food and drinks.
• Prepare coffee, drinks and waffles, and carry out light baking using standard recipes.
• Lead and train the cafe team, assign duties and maintain service standards.
• Monitor stock, arrange replenishment and minimise wastage.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues.
• Keep the dining area, counter and kitchen clean and organised.
• Ensure food hygiene and safe handling practices are followed.
