The ideal candidate will be well-presented, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, skillful at coordinating with kitchen and service teams while upholding cleanliness and service standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of hospitality service principles and guest experience standards.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage products, ingredients and allergens.
• Familiarity with table service procedures and front-of-house operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with attentive, professional service.
• Take and process food and beverage orders via POS system.
• Assist guests with menu selections and requests professionally.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor tables and proactively attend to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of tables and front-of-house areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle guest billing and payments accurately.
• Assist with opening, closing, team briefings, and other operational duties.
