KONVIVIALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager / Café Manager for the Holland Village outlet at Holland Road Shopping Centre.

You will lead daily café operations, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety standards. Responsibilities include managing shifts, cash handling, coordinating reservations, collaborating with kitchen, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and reporting daily sales to management.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of café or F&B service experience including supervisory or shift lead roles
Ability to work weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Manage daily café shifts including opening, closing, cash handling, and service flow to ensure smooth operations
Lead, train, and roster service crew while actively supporting floor operations during peak hours
Greet guests warmly, address feedback promptly, and create personalized customer experiences
Coordinate reservations, walk-ins, and small group or event bookings efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
Monitor front-of-house supplies, place replenishment orders, and report low stock levels
Maintain café cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Compile and report daily sales and operational updates to management
