Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder in an engineering discipline (i.e Computer/Electrical Engineer).
• Familiar with Logic control and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiar with communication protocol (i.e Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide information regarding products, applications, and troubleshooting to sales representatives and customers.
• Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting on customer applications.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site support including setup and fine-tuning.
