An Administrative Officer assists the Office Manager in supporting the Company operations and administrative systems in ensuring the smooth running of the organization.
The Administrative Officer responsibilities shall include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage and archive of all Company’s documentation, handling of all incoming calls and inquiries via Company’s emailand/or telephone calls and providing support to all departments when required.
